Seattle is home to some of the top Pokemon scientists in the country. Here they engineer technologies and programs that work directly for a Pokemon’s comfort rather than exploiting their elemental types for human benefit. The subculture in the area is what one might call ‘nerdy’, with bars themed after novels and popular tv shows. People within are quite protective of their Pokemon – and very vocal about it, too. Interesting to note are the overhangs over every sidewalk, an attempt to protect sensitive Pokemon from the frequent rain.
Port Angeles is an interesting city, noteworthy for the harbor that hosts daily passage to Alaska. This makes it an essential stop for trainers and travelers for the cheap ferry. The shores and water surrounding are brimming with Pokemon, with many hopping onto boats if they feel so inclined.
A massive stratovolanco - and the most prominent mountain in the United States – Mount Rainier is surrounded by an extensive and shady forest. While beautiful, the trek to the peak is considered quite dangerous due to the mischievous Pokemon in the region. Climb with caution.
Featuring rugged mountain peaks and expansive green ranges, the North Cascades are a stunning locale to visit. Yet what really draws people in are the rare Pokemon stones seemingly strewn across the park. Rangers are always on the lookout for people that attempt to disturb these stones.
